Firstly, I went into the little Apple retail store, which is just like an Apple store and sells all the same things, but isn't 'officially' a main Apple store. Basically, for ages I have been looking for a magic cover for my iPad mini, but I wanted a blue cover.. But I've tried looking everywhere for one and no where has one - except, obviously, the Apple stores and retail stores!
So finally I've got my blue magic cover, which was £35, and although I've only been using it for about 2 hours, I love it, it works just as it says it will! The only thing I would say is a negative, is the fact it doesn't protect the back of the iPad..
Next, my mom and I went to 'New Look', as she had a £30 voucher from Christmas to use! We don't tend to look at the clothes anymore, because I don't know if it's just us who think this, but they seem to have changed the sizings, and some clothes come big and some come small, even though they're the same size.. So we've given up with New Look's clothes..
Anyway, when we walked in, we noticed there was a sale on the jewellery, so from that I got 3 pairs of studs, for £3, as I need to start wearing earrings again, an ear cuff, for £2.50 (only reduced because one of the little jewels has fallen out), and some almost rock like earrings for £2. They shine different colours in different lights and I was just drawn to them!
We then went to the normal jewellery and I bought some lovely diamante earrings, for £3.99, although my mom didn't like them and didn't want me to have them! As we had £2 left (mom also bought some stuff for herself), I got a pair of socks, which have a frill on, and they're just too cute!!
And of course, no shopping trip is complete, without going into 'Lush'. I've never really been in Lush and looked around as such, I've literally been in, bought something, and walked out, or bought products online. So going in and looking round was a big treat!
I wanted to buy some bath bombs, as I think they're more beautiful than the bubble bars, so I bought the limited edition 'Secret Garden' and 'Fluffly Egg', then a 'Sex Bomb' and 'Dragon's Egg' from the normal section. I can't wait to try them out! I'd also seen so many people on Instagram talking about the 'Bubblegum Lip Scrub', so I bought that to test, and although I've only smelt it, WOW! It smells so good, I can't wait to taste it on my lips! And finally, my mom bought herself a 'Silky Underwear' dusting powder, which she's tried on her hand and said it really works, and smells delicious, so I would really recommend it!
Other than that, we bought some DVDs, and some Sudocrem for my eczema, which, I don't really need to include in this blog post! All in all, I'm really happy with the stuff I got and I'll let you know how good it all is/was when I get the chance!
